• Contact & service details you provide — name, phone, email, service address, and a description of the issue — so we can dispatch a technician and give you an estimate.
• Payment information you enter at checkout. Card and bank details are transmitted directly to our payment processor (Square) and are not stored on our servers. We retain only limited records such as a transaction reference, amount, and the last four digits of a card.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To schedule, perform, and follow up on your repair or package;
• To process payments, deposits, and refunds;
• To respond to your questions and send service-related updates;
• To meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — principally our payment processor (Square) and communications tools — and only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Square over encrypted connections. We use fraud-prevention checks (such as address verification) to protect you and us. We never ask for full card numbers by phone or email.

Data retention & your choices

We keep service and transaction records as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting info@mgsrepairs.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising trackers.
