Overview
The honest repair-or-replace call
A dead fridge or a washer that won’t drain is an emergency on its own schedule. We diagnose the appliance for a flat fee, tell you plainly whether it’s worth repairing, and — if it is — fix it with the right part instead of the nearest one.
Some appliances are past economical repair, and we’ll say so rather than sell you a repair that won’t last. When replacement is the smarter money, we can install and hook up the new unit and haul the old one where it needs to go.
Every appliance visit starts with the $95 diagnostic, which we credit toward the repair when you proceed.

Common questions
Is the $95 diagnostic really credited back?
Yes — when you approve the repair, the $95 diagnostic is applied toward the total. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic covers the trip and the expert assessment.
Will you tell me if it isn’t worth fixing?
Always. If the repair cost approaches the price of a replacement, we’ll tell you and — if you’d like — install a new unit and haul the old one away.
Which appliances do you service?
Refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges and cooktops, built-in microwaves, and garbage disposals, among others. Tell us the brand and symptoms when you book.
Do you supply parts?
Yes — parts are itemized on your estimate. Electrical parts supply and equipment rentals are also available for related work.
