How pricing works
The first hour tells the truth
Most repair companies either quote blind over the phone or bury the number until they're standing in your kitchen. We do neither.
Every job starts with a service call and first-hour diagnosis — a fixed, published fee to send a licensed tech, find the actual problem, and put a real number in writing. If you approve the repair, the work continues at our posted labor rate. If you don't, you owe only the diagnostic and keep the written estimate. No guessing, no pressure, no surprise line items.
