One trip for the whole list
Most homes carry a running list — the door that won’t latch, the wobbling faucet, the patch that never got painted, the shelves still in the box. None of it is an emergency, all of it is annoying, and it rarely justifies a separate call for each item.
That’s what our general repair service is for. Book an assessment or a labor block and we work the list in priority order: drywall patches, door and lock adjustments, faucet and fixture swaps, mounting, and the dozen small fixes in between.
Billing is simple and posted — an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum, or a half- or full-day block when the list is long. You approve the plan before we start.

Common questions
How does the labor block work?
A half-day block is up to 4 hours of labor for $340; a full day is up to 8 hours for $620. We work your list in priority order and stop when the time or the list is done — whichever comes first.
Is there a minimum?
Hourly general repair carries a two-hour minimum at $95/hr. For longer lists, a half- or full-day block is usually the better value.
What counts as general repair vs. electrical or appliance?
Anything that isn’t licensed electrical work or an appliance-specific repair — drywall, doors, faucets, mounting, assembly, and the like. Electrical and appliance jobs are priced on their own pages, often at a better rate for that specialty.
Do you bring materials?
We bring tools and common consumables; specific materials (a particular faucet, paint color, or fixture) are either supplied by you or itemized on your estimate.
